Children’s center (1,500 sq.m.) will be located on the lower floors of a 14-storeyed administrative building.

The site (8,27ha) will accommodate the «Gazprom Group» headquarters in Belarus, administrative and office buildings, a hotel with a conference hall, sports center, children’s education and development center, medical center, retail area, amphitheatre, recreational area for city residents, ground-level and underground parking.

The complex is noted for its outstanding transport accessibility: the site is 2,6 km from the Minsk ring road and 5,8 km. from the city center (Oktyabrskaya square). Сlose proximity to the National library, one of the city’s major tourist destinations, gives the site an upscale status.
